1. Scope of the Service

Roomity offers a platform for profile creation, matching/discovery, messaging, voice and video communication, avatars, and similar social features. The Service includes identity verification (phone number, OTP, and optional social logins), profile management, interactions, and safety tools.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Account and Security

• You are responsible for activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. User Content and Conduct Rules

• You are responsible for your profile info, photos, messages, and other shared content.
• You may not post illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful, harassing, or obscene content.
• Attempts to weaken security, automated access (bots), and reverse engineering are prohibited.

5. Content License

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, and technically process the content you upload for providing the Service. This license ends when you remove your content or delete your account.

6. AI Avatar Generation

• The Service may allow users to generate AI avatars based on text prompts and selected styles.
• AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or inappropriate.
• For AI avatar generation, your prompt, selected style, and some profile details (e.g., gender) may be shared with a third-party AI provider (e.g., Google AI Gemini image model). Details are explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. System Avatars and Visual Content

• The Service may provide daily system avatars visible within the app.
• You must comply with content rules for photos/avatars; inappropriate content may be removed.

8. Premium / Paid Features (If Any)

The Service may offer paid subscriptions or add-on features. If enabled, applicable terms and pricing will be shown in the app.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may use third-party providers for SMS/email, hosting, analytics, social login, and AI image generation. Their terms may apply separately.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

• Upon request, your account is closed and your login access is disabled.
• If you violate these Terms, your account may be suspended or deleted.
• Deletion process and retention periods are explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Roomity is not responsible for interactions between users.
• To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published in the app or on the web. Changes take effect upon publication.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [HUKUK_ULKESI]. Disputes are subject to the courts of [YETKILI_MAHKEME].
